U.S. Home Prices Rose 0.27% in July, Essentially Unchanged From a Month Earlier
Redfin’s repeat-sales index showed Chicago home prices down 0.3% month over month on a seasonally adjusted basis in July but up 9.5% from a year earlier. Chicago ranked among the fastest-appreciating major U.S. metros despite broader national price growth remaining subdued.
